online library of norman macrae-- Entrepreneurial Revolution - the curriculum of how to value small enterprise and sustainability exponentials of the net generation - was started by alumni of Norman Macrae The Economist 1972. By 1976, Norman was clarifying why the sixth of the world (whose brand reality is) communal pride and individually passionate to be Chinese need to be valued by netgen as critical friends to uniting sustainability race for planet and humanity. More on "why china" is systematically pivotal to 21st C coming of age in sidebar. Chinathanks.com maps 1) countries joining Chinese inspired sustainability open systems solutions as well as 2) which global youth professions (eg coding) are mapping value sustaining trades with china - eg EWTP : 21st C version of Silk Road of celebrated by Marco Polo and Hangzhou goal 14 oceans AIIB 1 ted hosts -- 2017 year of mapping sustainability banking -china to commercialize 5g by 2020 -valuing culture -jack ma 1 2 e3

6 years later- in 1983 we can now see that the world
can learn from china 1977 the need to change education

AMAZING BUT TRUE? ERworld happiest cases
China started 1976 with zero non-state businesses; in 2018 it expects to generate 5 million entrepreneurial start ups
In 1977, 18 rural 1 entrepreneurial revolutionaries of zhuqiang village broke the law : on pain of death they divided up the villages communal farm into 18 family owned plots promising each other that whomever survived would look after each other families- within a couple of years china replicated their keynsian agrarian moel all over the nation - their village revolution became the foundations for feeding the nation - a nation where over 50 milion people had starved to death under 1960s communist system

Have a look at the full 1977 artcile on why early 21st C sustainability will depend on worldwide adoption of every extrordinary experiential lesson nearly 1.5 billion brave chinese have been mapping 1977-2017

Oftentimes when we start companies, the tools or articles people share include the likes of the business model canvas, lean startup, etc. The focus is always on the external, and not the internal.  One of the most important tools I've found through executive coaching is focused on our emotions and how we manage them in the workplace. As we become more aware of our emotions and triggers, we are able to practice more self-compassion and patience with ourselves, which changes who we are at work. This is a great tool that I've used personally and shared with our team at Moringa.
